A kite surfing accident and resulting brain injury force Libby to confront a terrifying loss of trust in her own mind. Healing comes unexpectedly through painting, and at the center of it all sits an unmistakable loneliness. Libby finds her way forward by turning outward. She begins sharing stories with strangers across the city and creating flower hearts, small acts of connection that grow into something communal and sustaining.
